Green Smoothie Recipe For Aussie Grapes

We made a delicious green smoothie in support of Heart Kids Australia along with Aussie Grapes and snapping our #caesarselfie on Instagram!

Grapes are high in antioxidants for longevity and rich in vitamin A, C and K for a strong immune system. Sweet and juicy, seedless green grapes makes a fabulous addition to a green smoothie.

Try this delicious Green smoothie packed full of nutrition.

INGREDIENTS
  • 1 handful of green grapes (we used the Menindee variety)
  • 1 handful of Spinach
  • 1 green cucumber
  • 1 green apple
  • A few fresh mint leaves
  • Squeeze of fresh lime
HOW TO MAKE IT

Put all ingredients into a high powered blender with 1 cup of water and blend until desired consistency.
