I am so excited about the possible opportunity to train you!

I am absolutely passionate about encouraging people towards living a healthy life. Moving your body is such a fundamental part of this and I’m here to get your body MOVING! I love to create sessions that are functional, varied, challenging and ridiculously fun (I promise) so expect to work your butt off and have a great time all in one session.

My philosophy of training is – “Healthy is a way of life” I aim to embody this principle each and everyday of my life. First and foremost I move my body out of self kindness. I’m not punishing it, I don’t hate it and it’s not in trouble! No matter where you are on the health journey I encourage you to exercise and move your body so that it is stronger, leaner and it provides you with more energy.

I love my job and feel totally privileged to be able to journey with people as they work towards living a healthy life.

She’s a qualified nutritionist who’s also passionate about healthy living, and together we form the dynamic duo that is sweat and oranges. We’re a wellness outfit that promotes long term personal and community wellness.

Together, we combine the best of both worlds and spur one another on to live happy and healthy lives every day. Through moving, eating whole-foods and engaging in positive ways of thinking about the world we live by the credo ‘healthy is a way of life’.
