Grapes are high in antioxidants for longevity and rich in vitamin A, C and K for a strong immune system. Sweet and juicy, seedless green grapes makes a fabulous addition to a green smoothie.
Try this delicious Green smoothie packed full of nutrition.
						
					INGREDIENTS
- 1 handful of green grapes (we used the Menindee variety)
 - 1 handful of Spinach
 - 1 green cucumber
 - 1 green apple
 - A few fresh mint leaves
 - Squeeze of fresh lime
 
HOW TO MAKE IT
Put all ingredients into a high powered blender with 1 cup of water and blend until desired consistency.
